These terms and conditions will apply when you access our website: www.kookookicks.com. Before proceeding, we ask you to read and accept these terms and conditions. Please note that by using www.kookookicks.com you will be deemed to have agreed and accepted the terms and conditions contained herein. We reserve the right to change the content, presentation, performance, user facilities and availability of any part of www.kookookicks.com at our sole discretion and without notice. It is your responsibility to refer to and update yourself in relation to any changes made. They will come into effect immediately upon posting by us.  

 

We value the security of your personal information. Credit Card information is encrypted using SSL. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure server. Personal information that you provide to us directly is maintained in private files. Items will only be shipped to the address associated with the paypal account from which payment was sent. 

 

Exchange, Refund, and Order Cancellation

 

All Sales Are Final. Due to the fact majority of products we carry are provided on consignment from independent / private sellers, all sales with us are final. No refunds, no exchanges. If you are concerned about sizing for a particular style of shoe, please feel free to email us before your purchase. We will gladly provide you with the best information possible, but please note that comfort preferences vary for each person. 

 

Shipping

Processing speeds vary, but can take up to seven business days before an order is boxed and labeled by our shipping department. On rare occasions this 10 business days are required.   Transit times average 3-5 business days. All orders will only be shipped to the confirmed shipping address provided by PayPal. Please make sure the address is correct and up-to-date. All orders paid by eCheck will be shipped after the eCheck payment has been cleared. Online tracking number will be fowarded to customer's PayPal account to track the delivery status 2 days after parcels are posted.  Please make sure that your email address is valid, otherwise, you will not receive the tracking information. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery of packages. Two delivery attempts will be made and if both are unsuccessful, the recipient will be allowed 5 business days to pick up the parcel at your local post office nearest to your shipping address. If the recipient fails to claim the parcel within the allowed period, it will be returned to Kookookicks.com. Shipping charges will need to be paid again for any second attempt to deliver.

The entire risk, as to the quality and performance of items sold or purchased or information provided on this website, is with you. Should items sold or purchased prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

In no event, unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, will Kookookicks.com be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use items sold or purchased or information provided on the website (including but not limited to losses sustained by you or third parties), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
